Dr. Venkatesh Dutta

Dr. Venkatesh Dutta currently the coordinator of the Department of Science and Technology Centre for Policy Research, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, India was a Fulbright Scholar and a British Chevening Fellow. He was instrumental in drafting Groundwater Management Bill for Uttar Pradesh and also serves as a member of the drafting committee of the State Water Policy.
