Allen Turner

Allen Turner served as Chief of Party for the USAID Paani project from 2016 to 2018 and as Senior Technical Advisor.  He led the USAID-funded Rapti Development Project, which helped communities in midwestern Nepal pioneer community forestry from 1988 to 1995.
