George F. Taylor II

George Taylor led the Natural Resources & Institutional Development Division of USAID/Nepal’s Office of Agriculture & Rural Development from 1984-1989.  He was Team Leader for the Assessment of Water Resources Management & Freshwater Biodiversity in Nepal (2014) that led to the design of the PANI/Paani program and a Participant/Session Moderator at the Nepal National River Summits in 2017 and 2019.
